70 Students Registered To Vote During Foothill High's Falcon Fest

PLEASANTON, CA — Seventy Pleasanton high school students registered to vote during a voter registration drive at Foothill High School last week. Students for Social Change, a student group responsible for organizing the school’s walkout in March, organized the drive during lunch and the annual Falcon Fest on Sept. 28.

Principal Sebastian Bull said that as a former civic teacher and a naturalized citizen, he believes in the importance of voting, and was pleased the members approached to him to arrange the voter registration drive.
