Alameda County Fair Honored With Multiple Industry Awards
Alameda County Fair Receives Top Honors for Competitive Exhibits, Agricultural Programs and Communications

The Western Fairs Association and the International Association of Fairs and Expositions have recognized Alameda County Fair with top honors for innovation and excellence in competitive exhibits, agricultural programs & communications for 2018.
In all, the Fair took home 29 WFA awards in its division, including ten First Place honors. IAFE recognized the Fair with 16 international awards, four of them First Place. Both organizations sponsor annual awards programs to recognize outstanding achievement in specific areas and to share successful ideas and programs with other fairs.
Top awards included categories ranging from Cultural Marketing, Social Media and Digital Advertising to Sponsorship Innovation, Marketing Strategy and Cultural Programming. The Fair received additional awards in a variety of categories for competitive exhibits, agricultural programming and events, guest services and community outreach.
