During the stop, the driver was identified as Vyacheslav Sey, 26, of Hayward. His passenger was Maria Cisneros, 35, of Tracy, police said. The Audi was searched, and stolen mail from Pleasanton, fraudulent checks and the stolen package were found, according to police.
