Amador Valley High Defeats De La Salle For NCS Baseball Title

Amador Valley High's baseball team captured the North Coast Section Division I title Saturday by defeating De La Salle High, 3-1.

Amador Valley, the fourth seed in the tournament, finished their season with an 18-10 record. It's the Dons' first NCS crown since 2010.

Second-seeded De La Salle, last year's champion, finished the season with a 19-8 record.
