Pleasanton Senior Housing Complex Reopens After Major Renovation

Local officials will mark the overhaul of the 200-unit Ridgeview Commons community Wednesday following extensive upgrades.

PLEASANTON, CA — Local leaders will be in Pleasanton tomorrow to inaugurate the extensive renovation of the 200-unit Ridgeview Commons Senior Living.

Pleasanton Mayor Jack Balch, Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan, and representatives for Supervisor Nate Miley and Senator Jerry McNerney will be at the ribbon cutting, which will take place Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. at 5200 Case Avenue.

The 141,996-square-foot complex, which comprises seven buildings, features apartments for ages 62 and older. Renovations include:
