PLEASANTON, CA — The Three Valleys Community Foundation, representatives of the We Are Pleasanton Fund, and the Pleasanton Unified School District recently gathered with donors, students, and community leaders to celebrate improvements to the Foothill High School stadium and surrounding campus infrastructure.
Over 150 local businesses, families and community members have contributed nearly $250,000 for numerous campus improvements, including:
On May 1, 3VCF and We Are Pleasanton hosted a Commemorative Plaque Unveiling Ceremony at the stadium, which featured remarks from Alameda County Supervisor David Haubert, Pleasanton Mayor Jack Balch, We Are Pleasanton founder Todd Utikal, Foothill Principal Sebastian Bull, 3VCF Board Chair John Sensiba, and PUSD Assistant Superintendent Ahmad Sheikholeslami.
“We Are Pleasanton is proud to support our exceptional Pleasanton schools by helping raise funds that enhance facilities for students and families,” said Todd Utikal. “Our schools are one of the reasons so many families choose Pleasanton, and through the generosity of businesses and community members, we can continue investing in spaces that bring people together and strengthen community pride.”
