Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Rescheduled In Pleasanton
The community is invited to attend the event that includes holiday entertainment, the tree lighting and Santa.
PLEASANTON, CA — Rain forced the cancelation of the Pleasanton Hometown Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting last weekend, but the city announced Monday that some of the show will go on.
The annual Holiday Tree Lighting has been rescheduled for Friday, Dec. 13, beginning at 5 p.m. in front of the Museum on Main, 603 Main Street. There won't be a parade, but the community is invited to attend the event that includes holiday entertainment, the tree lighting and Santa.
The Pleasanton Hometown Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting were originally scheduled Dec. 7, but Mother Nature put a damper on festivities and the events were canceled.
