Author to Speak on the Insanity of Modern College Admissions at Pleasanton Public Library on Wednesday, April 25

J.D. Rothman is a former instructor of remedial freshman composition, as well as an Emmy-winning television writer.

J.D. Rothman, author of The Neurotic Parent’s Guide to College Admissions, will provide a lively, laugh-filled reading and conversation about the insanity of modern college admissions at the . The event takes place on Wednesday, April 25 at 7 p.m.

The library is located at 400 Old Bernal Avenue in Pleasanton.

Rothman is a former instructor of remedial freshman composition, as well as an Emmy-winning television writer and the author of theneuroticparent.com, the favorite blog of exhausted admissions counselors and sanity-seeking parents. She is also a two-time survivor of the college admissions process.
