American Legion Post Collecting Back To School Supplies

American Legion Post 237 of Pleasanton has initiated its second annual "Back to School" program which provides school supplies; note books, pencils, crayons, etc.; to almost 200 children in the Tri-Valley area.

This year the program has been expanded to include 100 backpacks. While Post 237 always appreciates additional funds to support their charitable activities, the "Back to School" program could be enhanced with the identification of more worthy children.
