Big Rig Crash On I-680 Near I-580 Snarls Traffic

PLEASANTON, CA — An injury collision involving a big rig and and at least two other cars slowed northbound I-680 traffic to a crawl Tuesday morning, according to 511. The crash was reported on I-680 just south of I-580 around 9 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department crews responded to the scene to assist. CHP officials have not yet been reached for comment.
