Vegetation Fire In Pleasanton Sparked By Landscaper
The landscaper was conducting weed abatement on the vacant lot, according to LPFD's deputy chief of operations Aaron Lacey.

PLEASANTON, CA — A small vegetation fire that broke out in the 7200 block of Johnson Drive in Pleasanton Tuesday was quickly doused by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department. The blaze broke out around 3:30 p.m. but crews had it under control within minutes.
The fire was started by a landscaper conducting weed abatement, according to LPFD's deputy chief of operations Aaron Lacey. There were no structures threatened and the fire was contained within a vacant lot that used to be the Clorox property, Lacey said.
No injuries occurred or were reported at scene.
