West Coast Olympic Gymnastics Academy

WCOGA opened its doors November of 2004 with the goal to develop a gymnastics program to fit the desires and needs of all athletes from ages 3 years and above. Since that time, we have provided gymnastics training to over 1000 aspiring gymnasts. As a result, we now have one of the most successful competitive teams in California, and our boy’s team was recently ranked within the top 10 in the country.

We truly believe that the sport of gymnastics is beneficial to everyone. Gymnastics allows athletes to develop strength, flexibility and agility. These physical qualities are not only useful for athletic achievement, but, are also important to an individual’s health and well being. The performance of gymnastics skills demonstrates perseverance and an ability to overcome fears. As gymnasts master new skills they develop self-esteem. They also develop both mental and physical strength that is not only useful in gymnastics, but will also serve them well in their future endeavors.
