The Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance is hosting a Community Health, Resource & Volunteer Fair at the Robert Livermore Community Center on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The fair will help anyone either hoping to get involved in the community or seeking support for themselves or their family.
The fair will offer:
- Free health screenings and mental health resources
- Local nonprofits, city programs and county services
- Youth activities with Quest Science Center
- Senior services
- Parks & recreation
- Civic and social support organizations
- Volunteer opportunities
- Free back-to-school backpack distribution from Tri-Valley Haven’s annual Backpacks for Kids program
- Raffles and giveaways
- Free lunch between 11:00-1:00pm for the first 450 attendees.
