Community Invited to Dedication of Pleasanton's Newest Off Leash Dog Park
Cubby's Dog Park was named after the first police canine officer to work for the Pleasanton Police Department.
PLEASANTON, CA — Community members and their furry friends are invited to a dedication ceremony to celebrate the opening of Pleasanton's second off leash dog park. The ceremony will be held on Nov. 5 at 10 a.m.
The new park was named after Tri-Valley’s first K-9 officer. Cubby was partners Pleasanton Officer Jay Graves. City officials accepted entries from the community during a content when deciding on the name.
Cubby’s Dog Park at Bernal is located at 3200 W. Lagoon Rd. at the staging area of the Marilyn Murphy Kane trail.
