Don’t miss the Widmer-World Christmas Display in Pleasanton

For 25 years, Bob Widmer has created an amazing display of Christmas for the community. He and his family have each year made improvements and additions, until it has become a “can’t miss” amazing Christmas display in our valley, including the front yard display and many displays and collections in the back yard. In 2015, Widmer World was featured on ABC’s “Great Christmas Light Fight” program.

The front yard features computerized Christmas Trees, lighted animals and a huge sleigh for family photos. The back yard is filled with displays and collections, including Santas, Mickeys, princesses, nutcrackers, trains, villages, a fairground, snoopys and many others. It’s a wonderful adventure of amazing displays and lights. A scavenger hunt features Scooby Doo.

Don’t miss it. It’s open every evening during December, from 6pm to 9pm (weather permitting). Last year about 30,000 people visited. To avoid the long lines, go early in the month and on weekdays.
