Drunk Livermore Man Hit By Car While Crossing Road Illegally, Pleasanton Police Say
BREAKING: Police said the 39-year-old man was found lying in the road.

PLEASANTON, CA — An intoxicated Livermore man was taken to the hospital with a broken leg after he crossed a Pleasanton road illegally Wednesday, police officials said. The injury collision was reported near First and Spring streets at 11 p.m. Police said the 39-year-old man was found lying in the road.
“It was later determined that this male subject illegally crossed First Street and was struck by a motorist,” police said.
Livermore-Pleasanton Fire crews responded and the man was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries. The driver stopped and was cooperative with police. Police said the driver was not found to be at fault for the crash.
