Professional Body Builders Figure Champion Ava Cowan will be at Iron Horse Nutrition on Friday, May 13, from 4pm to 7pm for a meet and greet event. The store is located in the Rose Pavilion in Pleasanton at 4270 Rosewood Drive.
Cowan is a five-time Overall Figure Champion, including the 2009 Figure Universe Overall Champion - her second world title. She is a Team Gaspari International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) Figure professional and a fully-qualified, certified personal training specialist CPTS, which she earned at the Fitness Institute in Boca Raton, Florida. She discovered her path as a figure competitor as she was able to combine her solid work ethic, knowledge of exercise science, and personal drive. She has appeared on the cover of numerous top fitness magazines.
Ms. Cowan will be available for pictures, autograph free photos and provide her professional fitness and nutritional advice to visitors. Special event discounts on all Gaspari products will be available, as well as product samplings and giveaways.
