Fentanyl, Heroin Found During Pleasanton Traffic Stop

PLEASANTON, CA — A 2 a.m. traffic stop in Pleasanton resulted in three drug arrests, police reported. Rishi Choudhry, 28, of Pleasanton, Jessica Harbin, 33, and Titus Norton, 27, both of San Francisco, were taken into custody early Monday morning after they were found in possession of illegal narcotics, according to the Pleasanton Police Department.

Police said heroin, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia were found during a search of the vehicle. All three suspects were arrested and booked on drug charges. Choudhry, who was behind the wheel, was also booked on suspicion of driving under the influence.
