Pleasanton Homeless Encampment Fire Extinguished

PLEASANTON, CA — Firefighters extinguished a fire at a homeless encampment in Pleasanton Sunday afternoon. The blaze was reported in the 3100 block of Valley Avenue at about 2:39 p.m., according to the Pulsepoint phone application.

The flames quickly spread from the encampment to a nearby storage complex, according to the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department. No injuries were reported.
