Hollister, Japanese Eateries Coming To Stoneridge Mall
Apparel retailer Hollister and two Japanese food spots are set to open later this year in Pleasanton.

PLEASANTON, CA â The Stoneridge Shopping Center will welcome a new clothing store, Japanese tea shop, and Japanese street food restaurant later this year, the mall said.
Hollister, a national clothing brand inspired by California surf culture, will open during the third quarter of the year, the mall said in a news release. Hollister features casual wear for both men and women, and joined other clothing brands at Stoneridge like ZARA, Lululemon, UNIQLO, and Fabletics.
Maruwu Seicha, a Japanese tea store specializing in matcha tea, will open later this year on the mall's first level. The store will offer matcha lattes, matcha Americanos, and hojicha lattes, a creamy drink made from Japanese tea powder.

Onigilly Japanese Kitchen specializes in "onigiri", portable pressed rice balls popular in Japan that can be filled with shrimp, salmon, chicken, eggplant, bacon, mushrooms, and much more. Onigilly also offers bowls, desserts, and drinks. It is currently located all over the Bay Area, but Stoneridge will be its first East Bay location. It plans to open in later 2026.
