I-680 Closure Back On From Friday Night Through Monday Morning
The northbound stretch of I-680 from Koopman Road to Sunol Boulevard will be closed this weekend and next weekend.

PLEASANTON, CA — The weekend closure of a portion of northbound lane of I-680 is back on, following two rain-related cancellations.
The northbound portion of I-680 will close between Koopman Road and Sunol Boulevard from 10 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for roadway reconstruction work.
Weather permitting, the same stretch is scheduled to close from Friday, Feb. 17 at 10 p.m. through 5 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21.

The stretch of highway was supposed to be closed over Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend, but the closure was canceled due to heavy rain. Closures are also planned on different parts of the freeway during Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
