I-680 Weekend Closure Postponed, Niles Canyon Road Reopened
A scheduled closure of northbound I-680 this weekend has been postponed, and Niles Canyon Road reopened.

SUNOL, CA — Caltrans has postponed the previously scheduled closure of northbound 680 in Sunol between SR-84 and Sunol Boulevard due to predicted rain.
The closure will likely be postponed until President’s Day weekend, the agency said.
The closure was supposed to take place over the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend to perform repaving work. When it is closed, I-680 will be closed in the northbound direction between from Friday evening to Monday morning.
