Project Description:
The development of approximately 432,099 square feet of commercial uses on
27.45 acres. The project would be anchored by an IKEA store of
approximately 339,099 square feet and feature up to 93,000 square feet of
lifestyle retail-restaurant uses

A detailed Initial Study and Notice of Preparation with a description of
environmental issues to be addressed in the SEIR are both available on the
