Interested in Family History? Come to Make a Difference Day

Whether you're interested in Family History, Volunteering or Emergency Preparedness, the "Make a Difference" Festival at the Pleasanton Senior Center will give you a head start.

The Festival will begin Sat, Jan 13th at 10am and conclude at 2pm.

Make a Difference Festival has Service Opportunities for Youth

Over 40 nonprofits who operate in the Tri-Valley will have displays at the “Make a Difference” Festival, there are even Service Opportunities at the Festival:

Service Activities at the Festival will be "on stage"

(1) Tying fleece blankets for the homeless

(2) Making greeting cards for our local military (for Pleasanton Military Families)

(3) Sorting Crayons for "The Crayon Initiative", for children in hospitals.
