Man Suspected Of Assault With A Deadly Weapon On BART Arrested
BART officials also issued a prohibition order against the Emeryville man.

PLEASANTON, CA — An Emeryville man was arrested at the Dublin/ Pleasanton BART station Thursday morning on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and providing a false identification to officers, BART police said. The suspect, later identified as 39-year-old Jamil Roberts, was booked into the Santa Rita Jail. Roberts will appear in court on Monday for an arraignment.
BART officials also issued a prohibition order against Roberts. No other information is available.
