New CARDIO BARRE Studio Opens in Pleasanton!

Cardio Barre has been around for 20 years and is a ballet-based class with 15 locations in California. The newest one just opened in Pleasanton! The workout is designed to give you a dancers body and make you feel like you were taking ballet class as a little kid. All of our instructors have minimum 4 years of classical ballet experience. Our routines are both intense and fun! The workout combines Cardio with Toning, there is nothing in the world like it. We are located at 5688 Stoneridge Drive in Pleasanton.
