Officers Interrupt Apparent Burglary, Police Say

PLEASANTON, CA — Four people were arrested in Pleasanton last week after officers found a woman looking into cars with a flashlight, police said.

She led officers to people nearby who had stolen items, burglary tools and drugs, police said.
