Opening Day for Pleasanton Foothill Little League This Saturday
The community is invited to join in the fun on March 5.
PLEASANTon, CA: The Pleasanton Foothill Little League will be celebrating its opening day this Saturday at the Bernal Sports Park. According to league officials, Pleasanton dignitaries will be on the field to throw out the first pitch of 2016. The PFLL tee-ball teams will honor the league’s time-honored tradition of singing “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” for the crowd.
The first games of the season will begin following the ceremony.
The popular event is scheduled for March 5 at 10 a.m. The Bernal Community Sports Park is located at 7001 Pleasanton Ave. in Pleasanton.
