Pleasanton City Council To Vote On Happy Valley Plan

The Pleasanton City Council on Tuesday will decide whether to approve 22 homes with 22 accessory dwelling units (ADU) on 112 acres.

If approved, there would also be two common-area parcels and one agricultural/open space parcel, retained by owners the Sportorno Family. A staff report for Tuesday's meeting says there would also be an element of affordable housing.
