Pleasanton Girls Softball Teams Take 1st, 2nd Place In All-Stars

PLEASANTON, CA — It’s been a good few weeks for Pleasanton girls softball. The Pleasanton Girls Softball League’s Phantom 10UB Tenney team won first place in the Gold Bracket at the All-Star’s Queen of the Hill Tournament over the weekend in Sacramento, boasting an undefeated weekend. Meanwhile, the 12U Davis team took home second place in the AST Queen of the Hill tournament, winning four out of five games.

“What a start! These girls showed such great skill, passion, knowledge and love for the game this weekend,” Coach Ryan said in a statement shared with Patch. “They have been working so hard for this and it was so great to see that the hard work pays off! Our team motto is, ‘Every pitch like it’s your last!’”
