Pleasanton Launches Emergency Rental Assistance Program
The City of Pleasanton is teaming up with CityServe of the Tri-Valley to offer help to struggling renters impacted by the pandemic.
PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton renters reeling from the coronavirus pandemic are now eligible for housing assistance.
The newly launched Pleasanton Emergency Rental Assistance Program is a collaboration between the city and CityServe of the Tri-Valley. Anyone financially impacted by the pandemic is eligible for funding.
Assistance will help renters pay for up to one month of late rent and late fees, up to $2,500 per household.

Eligible renters will have been in good standing with their lease prior to the onset of the shelter in place order and earn no more than 80 percent of the area median income. See if you qualify here.
