PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton police arrested a suspect accused of trying to rent a local apartment using someone else’s identity, the PPD said in a social media post.

Pleasanton detectives were issued a search warrant for an out-of-state identity theft case. While searching the apartment, police say they found a loaded gun, ammunition, and roughly $6000 in cash.

No further information was provided regarding the case or the suspect.
