East Bay CPA Firm Promotes Pleasanton Resident

OAKLAND, CA (Mon., June 17, 2013)  – The Henry Levy Group, a regional East Bay CPA firm that specializes in serving individuals, small businesses, political campaigns and nonprofit organizations, has promoted Beth Attebery to a Principal of the firm.  She is a resident of Pleasanton.

 Attebery, CPA and Tax division manager, is responsible for nearly 1,000 projects annually and works with clients to coordinate tax planning, tax compliance and tax law changes.   She joined the firm in 2006, was promoted to tax manager in 2010 and earned her CPA accreditation in 2012.   She received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Davis in 2000, and completed coursework for UC Berkeley Extension’s Certificate Program in Accounting.  She is a member of the California Society of CPAs and is active in its Young and Emerging Professionals Leadership Group.
