Pleasanton Stabbing Sends One to Hospital, One to Jail

BREAKING: The victim suffered multiple stab wounds to his upper body, police said.

PLEASANTON, CA — A fight between two men sent one to the hospital with stab wounds and the other to jail Saturday night, police officials said. Officers were dispatched to 444 Vineyard Place to investigate a report of a disturbance between three people late Saturday night.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from injuries from a fist fight. Around the same time, medical staff at ValleyCare Hospital reported that a man walked in needing treatment for multiple stab wounds to his upper body. Police said the man is expected to recover.

After further investigation, detectives arrested Timothy Adam White on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. White was booked into the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
