Pleasanton State Of The City Tickets On Sale

Mayor Karla Brown will give the State of the City Address on March 29 at the Palm Event Center.

PLEASANTON, CA - Pleasanton Mayor Karla Brown will give a State of the City Address on Wednesday, March 29 at the Palm Event Center, the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce announced.

Brown was elected mayor in November 2020 following two terms on the City Council. She is currently serving her second term. She has lived in Pleasanton for 29 years and supported a number of local organizations, including the Tri-Valley Conservancy, Hively, Valley Humane Society, RAGE Youth Soccer, and many more.

“I am pleased to join the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce to present the State of the City update this year,” Brown said in a statement. “It is an honor to reflect and acknowledge the achievements we have made together over the past year, as we set our sights on a strategic and sustainable future. I hope to see many of our Pleasanton residents and businesses at the event to hear about ongoing projects and exciting initiatives that ensure the city’s continued progress in the years to come.”

The Chamber of Commerce luncheon will also recognize members of the Circle of Influence, a group of local leaders devoted to supporting the Chamber and coming up with ways to encourage economic growth in the city.

Tickets are available here. Tickets cost $65 before Feb. 28, and $75 starting March 1. All attendees must register by March 10. The event begins at 11 a.m. with networking and visiting sponsor tables, followed by lunch and the program at 11:45 p.m.
