Police Arrest Man for Distributing Lewd Material to 4-year-old Handicapped Girl

Pleasanton police arrested a man they say committed lewd acts and had inappropriate interactions with a 4-year-old disabled girl.

Police arrested Pleasanton resident Michael Carr, 23, who was employed as the driver for the girl's family, at about 1:30 p.m. Monday. 

The arrest came after a three-month long investigation. Carr is charged with misdemeanor annoying and molesting a child and distribution of lewd material to a minor.

He's currently being held at Santa Rita Jail. Police say they believe there are no other victims involving Carr.
