Portions Of 680, Foothill Road To Close

Sections of I-680, Foothill Road and Pleasanton Sunol Road will be closed Nov. 3-6.

PLEASANTON, CA — A portion of I-680 southbound will close from the I-580/680 connector and Koopman Road from Friday, Nov. 3 at 9 p.m. through Monday, Nov. 6 at 4 a.m., according to Caltrans.

The road will close as part of an ongoing road repair project. Northbound I-680 will be unaffected.

The southbound lanes of Foothill Road and Pleasanton Sunol Road at Castlewood Drive will also be closed. Drivers on southbound Foothill will only be able to turn left onto Castlewood Drive and left again onto Pleasanton Sunol Road.

Dublin Boulevard was supposed to close from Dougherty Road to Hacienda Drive from Saturday at 11 p.m. until Sunday at 7 a.m. for crews to pour concrete walkway onto the new Iron Horse Trail Bridge, but the closure was canceled Friday night due to potential rain.
