PUSD Hosting 'Connecting With Our Community Meeting'

Community meetings are open to PUSD families as well as all Pleasanton residents.

From PUSD: The Pleasanton Unified School District invites all community members to attend its upcoming community meeting on February 5, 6 - 7:30 p.m. in the Hart Middle School Multipurpose room to learn more about the District, and to meet and engage with PUSD Cabinet members and School Board Trustees. This is the third of a series of new meetings hosted by the District, entitled ‘Connecting with our Community’, to develop stronger connections and relationships with the community it serves.

“We believe that we can achieve much more when we are well-connected and work together,” said Superintendent David Haglund. “Through these meetings, we hope to build stronger connections with our community to foster a clear understanding of the District’s mission and vision.” The District will kick off the meeting by sharing information related to its organizational goals for the year, engage in some informal Q & A, and take time to connect personally with attendees.

The meeting will also feature a performance by PUSD Mariachi program, ‘Estrella Del Pueblo’,
students. Community meetings are open to PUSD families as well as all Pleasanton residents. The District’s next and final meeting of the year will take place on Tuesday, April 30, 6 - 7:30 p.m.
