PLEASANTON, CA — Residents in Pleasanton have recently reported a rash of mail thefts, police officials said via social media. Officials said the suspects seem to be targeting mailboxes on curbs.
“Mail theft often leads to identity theft, which can be a nightmare to clean up,” police said. “There are several things you can do to lower the risk of becoming a victim of mail theft.”
