The funds raised at this event are more important than ever. The number of seniors that are isolated and living alone is rising due to increase costs of living. The result is a waiting list of homebound seniors.
âThis year, we are aiming to raise $180,000 with the ride. Every $8 equals a meal that is a lifeline for a homebound seniorâ said Leeann Lorono, Executive Director. âRegister to ride, become an event sponsor, if you are bike or health/wellness related business have a booth, join our family of stellar volunteers, build a corporate team and donate what you can today â every bit helps.â
