Firefighters are responding to an accident on the ramp leading from eastbound I-580 onto southbound I-680, right before the Hopyard Road exit.
One vehicle was overturned and blocking the lane, and another was in a ditch.
Officials say the driver of the overturned vehicle fled on foot. Pleasanton police responded to the scene and were able to catch the fleeing suspect.
