Smoke Visible In Tri-Valley, But There Is No Fire
BREAKING: Officials report the smoke and haze has settled in the area from fires burning throughout the region.

LIVERMORE, CA – Although smoke and haze are visible Thursday throughout Livermore, the Tri-Valley and as far away as Lamorinda and San Mateo County, there is no fire in the immediate area, officials said.
Battalion Chief Aaron Lacey of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department said smoke settling in the valley has drifted over from other fires in the region and Northern California, including a warehouse fire in Richmond.
Three fires also are burning in Plumas and Nevada counties in the vicinity of the Plumas National Forest.
