Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department's Hook & Ladder Run Raises $50K+ For Charity

Proceeds from the run will benefit families of fallen firefighters and those injured in the line of duty.

LIVERMORE, CA — The annual Hook & Ladder Run hosted by the Livermore-Pleasanton Firefighters Foundation raised more than $50,000 this year. Proceeds from the popular 5K run/walk, 10K run, and a kids’ 1 mile fun run, which was held on June 4 at Wente Vineyards in Livermore, will benefit families of fallen firefighters and those injured in the line of duty.

Runners were rewarded with refreshments and raffle prizes.

The Livermore-Pleasanton Firefighters Foundation, a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 that supports injured and fallen firefighters, the Burn Foundation and other local charities in the Tri-Valley.
