Stoneridge Shopping Center Appoints New Mall Manager

Stoneridge Shopping Center recently welcomed Damien Osip as the new general manager for the center.

Simon’s Stoneridge Shopping Center welcomes Damien Osip as the new general manager for the center.

In this role, Osip is responsible for local leasing, tenant relations, building operations, security and marketing efforts. Additionally, he is the key liaison between various community partners and strategic organizations at Stoneridge Shopping Center.

Osip brings fifteen years of experience in the retail industry with a dynamic combination of expertise. His results driven leadership philosophy will foster operational excellence while his entrepreneurial minded approach to business supports a culture of innovation and creativity.

His most recent role was at general manager for a shopping center in San Diego where Osipdelivered leadership excellence such as ensuring corporate operations objectives were met to drive growth. He also enhanced guest experiences through engaging marketing endeavors and retailers were true partners to profitability during his tenure. Additionally, Osip served with the United States Air Force for six years, including as captain of Combat Support Flight Commander.

Ospit holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from University of New Hampshire and a Masters of Art in organization management from University of Phoenix.
