Suspect On Loose After Attempted Home Burglary In Pleasanton

Police set up a perimeter in the area, but were unable to find the suspect after officers and a K-9 performed a search.

PLEASANTON, CA — No suspect was located after a report of an attempted residential burglary around 7 p.m. Wednesday evening, according to the Pleasanton Police Department.

The suspect fled into Oakhill Park and police set up a perimeter, but could not find the suspect, even after conducting a search with K-9 Officer Joe Garcia and K-9 Vader. Garcia made multiple announcements, but attempts to find the suspect were unsuccessful, police say.
