Over $700 Worth Of Alcohol Stolen From Pleasanton Liquor Store: PPD

Police said they found 44 bottles inside the suspect's car and another 14 in his backpack.

PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton police arrested a suspect accused of stealing over $700 worth of alcohol from a local grocery store, the department said. An unnamed suspect was found with 14 bottles in his backpack, and an additional 44 bottles in the back of his car.

Police say they believe the alcohol was collected at various stores in California. The suspect was arrested and taken to Santa Rita Jail.
