Thousands Without Power In Pleasanton

PLEASANTON, CA — More than 3,200 are without power in Pleasanton, according to the Pacific Gas & Electric Co.

The outage was reported around 4:45 p.m. As of 5 p.m., PG&E did not have an expected restoration time and the cause was unknown, but crews were on their way to check out the problem.

The outage stretched from the area of Val Vista Park to The Quarry Lane School and into downtown.
