Traffic Warning Issued Due To Tri-Valley's NorCal Night Market
The Alameda County Fairgrounds issued a notice about the increased traffic.

PLEASANTON, CA — Expect Memorial Weekend in the Tri-Valley to have extra traffic as the NorCal Night Market at Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton comes to town starting Friday afternoon. The fairgrounds issued a notice about the increased traffic, which was shared Thursday morning on social media by the Pleasanton Police Department. "An event this weekend may create extra traffic in the area of the Alameda County Fairgrounds," the notice stated.
In its second season, NorCal Night Market is an eating-and-shopping open-air market experience, with an Asian flair this year, according to event organizers. "This year’s theme of nostalgia brings us back to our roots in Asia, where many of us snacked on delicious traditional bites such as squid skewers, fried chicken cutlets and guabao from food carts at night markets," event organizers said.
NorCal Night Market , which also features art, music, performances and games, opens at 3 p.m. Friday and runs through Sunday at 11 p.m.
