Valentine's Day in Pleasanton: High Schoolers Profess Love (Anonymously) via Facebook
How do I love thee? Let me tell you (without you knowing it's me) via the 'FHS Crushes' or 'AVHS Crushes' pages

By AUTUMN JOHNSON
Secrets can be tough to keep especially when it comes to teen crushes. Some high school kids in Pleasanton have found a way to declare their love without burning their cover.
The FHS Crushes Facebook page, which was started in 2013 and has been “Liked” over 1200 times, and allows Foothill High students to post comments professing their heart’s desire about fellow classmates. According to a post from the site’s administrator, the page was revived in January and it looks as if it is picking up speed as Valentine’s Day nears.
Amador Valley High also has an AVHS Crushes Facebook page, which has garnered 903 “Likes” so far. Students can post their crushes anonymously through a tumbler account listed on each of the pages.
