Valley Humane Hosting 80s-Themed Tails At Twilight Gala

PLEASANTON, CA — Animal lovers are invited to take part in a bit of glamorous time travel for Valley Humane Society's Tails at Twilight Back to the 80s Gala.

Tickets are now available for the gala, which will take place March 21 from 6-11 p.m. at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery. Guests will be greeted by Canine Comfort dogs during the champagne reception, where guests can also enjoy hors d'oeuvres and take part in a silent auction. This will be followed by a seated dinner, a live auction, a game of Heads or Tails, and dancing.

Auction items include a six-night trip for two to Ireland, a private dinner for 10 at 3 Steves Winery in Livermore, and the chance to have your dog named as the Ambassador for either Pleasanton or Livermore.

Proceeds from the gala will benefit programs like cat and dog adoption, the AniMeal pet food pantry, the Phil Scholz Veterinary Surgery Center, and Canine Comfort pet-assisted therapy.
